At Investius we believe that due to the current situation it is time to make fast flip over transactions (also known as flipping houses). In our opinion, the best way to make a profit at the moment is to invest in operations of less than 6 months duration. That’s why we’ve created an investment fund that will focus on short term transactions derived from legal proceedings, inheritances or bankruptcy proceedings among other channels. Our goal is simply buying at a great price so we can disinvest sooner, therefore, limiting the risks thanks to our target purchase price. 

This approach has two advantages: firstly, our money is tied up for less time and we can make a profit sooner and, secondly, if an economic crisis emerges, we can get our yield easier as we don’t have the pressure to ‘sell well’ in order to make a profit. The key is that, once we’ve bought an asset, we sell it at a slightly lower price than the market price.
